EQ Construction provides property sketching, architectural design, interior and exterior design, commercial design and related construction and consultation services. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through our website, over the phone, or in an initial consultation are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed once a detailed scope of work has been agreed, and may change if project requirements change after the quote is issued.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in each project's individual agreement. Typically, this includes an initial deposit to commence work, with progress payments tied to project milestones. Specific terms will always be confirmed with you in writing before a project begins.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or postpone a project after work has commenced, please contact us as early as possible. Depending on the project stage, costs already incurred for design work, materials, or booked trades may be non-refundable. Any changes to an agreed scope of work may affect the project timeline and cost.

Intellectual Property

Design concepts, drawings, and other materials produced by EQ Construction remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received for the relevant project stage, at which point usage rights transfer as agreed in your project contract. Our website content, branding, and imagery may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

While we take great care in our design and construction work, EQ Construction's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the extent permitted by law, and generally to the value of the relevant project. We recommend all clients maintain appropriate insurance for their property and project.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
